Guaranteed Response Time
(NewViews Premium Support Plan Only)

Q.W.Page Associates Inc. will respond to your call or fax within the guaranteed response time period, or you will be issued a $10 purchase certificate that may be applied toward any service or product offered by Q.W.Page. Guaranteed response times are available for calls or faxes received during published Customer Support Department hours. Response hours are not guaranteed during holidays and closings due to inclement weather. Q.W.Page does not guarantee resolutions to questions within the guaranteed response time period, only responses to initial calls. Failure to contact a customer within the guarantee period because the customer is unavailable (e.g. phone busy, no answer, in a meeting, or out of the office), does not constitute Q.W.Page’s noncompliance with the guarantee.

NewViews Productivity Disks (NewViews Premium Support Plan Only)

Subscribers to the NewViews Premium Support Plan are entitled to receive the last NewViews Productivity Disk to be released as of the first day of the user's Premium Support Plan, as well as all NewViews Productivity Disks that are released during the term of the user's Premium Support Plan. These NewViews Productivity Disks will be shipped to the user free of charge.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liabilities

NewViews Basic and Premium Support Plan services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to particular purpose, or customs or usages of trade. Q.W.Page Associates Inc. does not guarantee that all defects will be corrected or that all program problems will be resolved. Q.W.Page shall not be liable for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages, such as, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits or benefits, or for any claim made by any other party, even if Q.W.Page has been advised of the possibility of such damages resulting from the use of these services or arising out of any breach of warranty. Q.W.Page may limit the duration of calls and may determine the conclusion of an incident. Service and support provided by Q.W.Page does not include hardware applications and installation, including, but not limited to computers, hard disks, networks, and printers. Q.W.Page reserves the right to withdraw or change any support policy effective prior to, or at the end of, a subscription period. NewViews Basic and Premium Support Plan specifications and prices are subject to change without notice.

NewViews Payroll Update Plan

Although Q.W.Page Associates Inc. will use reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information with regard to the NewViews Payroll Update Plan and the NewViews Basic and Premium Support Plan services provided for NewViews Payroll, Q.W.Page is not engaged in the business of rendering legal, accounting, or other professional services. Accordingly, subscribers to the NewViews Payroll Update Plan and/or the NewViews Basic or Premium Support Plan may not rely solely on the products and/or services provided by these plans as fact. Depending on the user’s circumstances, legal advice or other expert assistance may be required, in which event the services of a competent professional person should be sought. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to keep abreast of, and comply with, changes in tax tables and tax procedures that may affect him or her. If you subscribe to the NewViews Payroll Update Plan, you are given the option of receiving the most current payroll update, in which case the start date for your Plan will be considered to be the release date of that update (independent of when you actually subscribe). If you don’t need the most current update, the start date for your Plan will be considered to be the date of your subscription order.
