NewViews Support Plans are purchased in blocks of 120 Minutes, commencing on the date payment is received by Q.W.Page Associates Inc. You can also pay for telephone support as required on a per call basis.
Transferring an NV1 Support plan to NV2
Minutes Carry Over
NewViews Support Plan minutes are transferred over to NV2.
If you have remaining minutes on an NV1 for DOS support plan, the remaining minutes
of the plan are carried forward to the NV2 for Windows support plan.

Our FTP site contains many helpful documents, program corrections, and printer information.
When you purchase NV1 for DOS, you are automatically entitled to sixty (60) days of FREE technical support (to a maximum of 120 minutes) when your completed NewViews Site Registration Card is received. After this initial 60 day period expires, you can subscribe to one of the NewViews Support Plans, or pay for support on a per call basis. Complete details are provided below.
Cost Per Year - DOS Only
NewViews Support Plans are purchased for the term of one (1) year, commencing on the date payment is received by Q.W.Page Associates Inc. You are provided with notification of renewal (at no obligation) one month before the expiry date of your plan. You can also pay for telephone support as required on a per call basis.
Toll Free Telephone Number
Users enrolled in the Basic Support Plan can contact the Technical Support Department through Q.W.Page’s main telephone number. Users enrolled in the Premium Support Plan are provided with an unpublished, toll free Support Hotline number.
Maximum Support Time Per Year
Users enrolled in the Basic Support Plan are entitled to a maximum of sixty (60) minutes of combined telephone, fax and email support per year. Users enrolled in the Premium Support Plan are entitled to a maximum of one hundred twenty (120) minutes of combined telephone, fax and email support per year.
Callback Service
Users enrolled in the Premium Support Plan are entitled to receive callback service if a Support Representative is not available within five (5) minutes from the time a call is placed to the Technical Support Department. Callbacks are guaranteed within four (4) business hours.
Guaranteed Response Time
Users enrolled in the Premium Support Plan will not be kept on hold for a Support Representative for more than five (5) minutes. If a Support Representative is not available to take your call within that time, you will be asked to leave a detailed message, which will initiate a callback. Callbacks are guaranteed within four (4) business hours.
Fax and Email Support Service
Users enrolled in a NewViews Support Plan are entitled to fax or email their questions to the Technical Support Department and receive responses the same way.
Data Recovery Service
Users enrolled in the Premium Support Plan are entitled to receive the first two (2) hours of data recovery service (to repair damaged NewViews books) free of charge. Data recovery is normally charged at $195 for the first two (2) hours and $95 for each additional hour. Most data can be recovered within the first two (2) hours.
